A Bright Future for a Local Charter School
Step onto the campus at Future Public School in Garden City and you’ll find yourself enveloped in a world of possibility. The charter school is home to about 400 “engineers” who make up the student body, covering Kindergarten through 6th grade. The school says it embraces a modern view of engineer-centered learning, where students learn with authentic, engaging projects in comfortable, personalized learning environments.
While the building they use was designed and build specifically for the school, they did not own it. See how Idaho Housing and Finance was able to help them become owners instead of renters, while saving Future about $150,000 each year.
